Iran affirms right to self-defense in face of Israeli aggression
Tehran, SANA-Iranian Foreign Ministry considered that the condemned aggressive action of the Zionist entity against Iran as a flagrant violation of international law and the United Nations Charter, especially the principle of prohibiting the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity and national sovereignty of states.
“It has been repeatedly emphasized by the competent authorities that Iran has the right and duty to defend itself against external aggression in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Charter”, Iranian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Saturday.
The statement noted that Iran relies on all the material and moral capabilities of its people in order to defend its security and vital interests, and it is aware of its responsibilities towards regional peace and security, and stresses the individual and collective responsibility of all countries in the region to protect regional peace and stability.
The statement added that Iran thanks all peace-loving countries that have condemned and expressed their denunciation of the aggressive action of the occupying Israeli entity.

Beirut, SANA-Hundreds of civilians were martyred and others injured in the ongoing Israeli aggression on various Lebanese regions
Lebanese National News Agency reported that ‘’961 Israeli enemy raids over Baalbek-Hermel Governorate and the central Bekaa, leading to the martyrdom of 427 people and the injury of 988 others, while three people were also martyred last night in Israeli warplanes’ bombing on al-Shaitiya town, southern Lebanon.’’
The agency indicated that the enemy’s warplanes deliberately blew up and demolished residential homes in neighborhoods in Adaisseh town.
Furthermore, the enemy’s airstrikes on a house in Amshki town on the hills overlooking Baalbek resulted in the injury of a Lebanese citizen.
This morning, the enemy’s warplanes shelled a house in al-Sawan neighborhood at Kfarreman town, destroying it in and a building containing shops, offices, and residential apartments, causing extensive damage to the neighboring buildings.

Damascus, SANA- Syria condemned in the strongest terms the blatant Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, expressing its solidarity and support for Iran in the face of the aggression it is being subjected to.
“Syrian Arab Republic condemns in the strongest terms the blatant Israeli aggression that took place on Saturday at dawn against the Islamic Republic of Iran, which coincided with a brutal air aggression against Syria, in a blatant violation of the sovereignty and sanctity of Iranian and Syrian territories, and a flagrant breach of international law and the United Nations Charter”, Foreign and Expatriates Ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

Syrian journalists condemn Israel’s targeting media cadres in Lebanon
Damascus-SANA- The Union of Journalists in Syria denounced the horrific massacre committed by the Israeli occupation forces who deliberately attacked media cadres this Friday killing two colleagues from Al Mayadeen and another from Al Manar and injured three others.
The union stressed that such attacks on journalists are aimed at preventing them from conveying reality of the genocidal war that Israel is waging against civilians and innocents, indicating that the entity’s continued targeting of journalists is a war crime by all standards.
The Union called on international organizations, media, humanitarian and legal institutions to hold the Zionist entity fully legally and morally responsible for this brutal attack and not let those behind this targeting escape punishment.

Occupation forces storm Kamal Adwan Hospital, north of Gaza
Occupied Jerusalem, SANA- Israeli occupation forces stormed on Friday, Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, north of Gaza Strip, coinciding with the continuation of the war of genocide, violent bombing, worsening humanitarian disasters, and the tightened siege on the northern areas for 21 days.
Wafa Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed the hospital and forced the patients to go down to the main square, noting that the occupation escalated its shelling of the hospital buildings before storming it, which led to the injury of a number of medical staff members, in addition to the shattering of the windows of the patients’ rooms.
The agency pointed out that the main oxygen station inside the hospital went out of service after it was bombed by the occupation, which increased the seriousness of the patients’ health condition.

Putin: the main reason for escalation in Gaza is the failure to establish a fully sovereign Palestine state
Moscow, SANA- Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that the primary cause of what is happening in Gaza Strip is the failure to establish a “full-fledged” Palestinian state, and to implement relevant international resolutions.
“Most of those who lost their lives during the war on Gaza Strip were women and children,” RT quoted Putin as saying at a press conference at the conclusion of the 16th BRICS summit in Kazan on Thursday.

occupied Jerusalem, SANA-Israeli occupation forces have committed on Thursday evening two new massacres in Jabalia camp,northern Gaza Strip and Khan Yunis, resulting in 173 martyrs and wounded.
Palestinian media reported that 150 Palestinians, including children and women, were killed and injured as a result of the occupation forces’ bombing of at least ten houses in Al-Hawja area in the middle of Jabalia camp.
Ambulance and rescue crews are still finding it difficult to reach the victims after the occupation disrupted their work in the northern Gaza Strip.

Damascus, SANA- Syrian Investment Authority has granted a new investment license in the chemical industries sector supporting the agricultural sector for an enterprise to produce all types of veterinary medicines in the industrial zone in Sheikh Badr, Tartous Province.
The estimated investment cost of the venture exceeds 62 billion Syrian pounds, with an annual production capacity of 300 thousand liters of liquid medicines and 400 tons of powdered medicines, the authority stated to SANA reporter.
