Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses.

Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva at the initiative of the Brazilian side.

The President signed Federal Law On the Ratification of the Protocol Amending the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on the Development of Military-Technical Cooperation of December 10, 2009.

Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Ratifying the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia on the Assistance in Implementing the State Programme for Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Abkhazia in 2026 – 2030.

The President signed Federal Law On Digital Currencies and Digital Rights.

Vladimir Putin heard the report on the diamond mining company’s performance, including the creation of Europe’s largest diamond-cutting cluster in Smolensk, exploration of hard-to-reach diamond deposits, gold mining, and jewellery production. ALROSA’s energy projects, including its participation in the construction of the Novolenskaya thermal power plant and the modernisation of the Svetlinskaya hydroelectric power plant in Yakutia, were discussed on a separate basis.

During his working trip to the Siberian Federal District, the President addressed the closing ceremony of the Bolshaya Peremena nationwide competition. Prior to the ceremony, the head of state met with participants and finalists of the competition.

Vladimir Putin also had a meeting with Governor of Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov. The governor reported to the President on the region’s socioeconomic situation, including the progress in major investment projects.

During his trip to the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Vladimir Putin had a working meeting with the region’s Governor Mikhail Kotyukov, who reported to the President on the socioeconomic situation in the region.

Vladimir Putin addressed the closing ceremony of the Bolshaya Peremena national contest finals. Ahead of the event, the President met with the participants and finalists of the seventh season of the national contest.
