Harvard Reopens Investigation Into Former President Larry Summers After Release of Epstein Emails

Summers’ problem is his relationship with Epstein which appears to be innocent of participation in underage sex.  Summers, like all the rest, is guilty by association with Epstein.  What the association is remains to be clarified.  In Summer’s case as Harvard president, he might simply have seen Epstein as a very rich person who could add substantially to Harvard’s endowment. There are many reasons to be associated with a billionaire that have nothing to do with sex.

It is always stated that Epstein is a convicted sex offender.  As defense attorneys know, a prosecutor can get a jury to convict a ham sandwich.  Epstein’s conviction means very little, if any thing at all.

It is never stated that the prominent visitors to Epstein’s island are prominent Americans able to influence US policy in the Middle East and ensure that it conforms to Israel’s policy.  The real question is whether Epstein was running a blackmail operation for Israel.  This question cannot get one breath of air, because the official narrative is that Epstein was selling underaged sex. 

Summers was too well positioned to need to be totally corrupt in order to be successful.  Perhaps he is being discarded because he wasn’t corrupt enough.

What do we make of me, declared an anti-semite by Jewish lobbies, appearing to defend a Jew, Larry Summers.  I think people, regardless of their ethnicity, should be accountable for their actual transactions, not for unsubstantiated assertions. Highly visible people in powerful positions have to deal with women throwing themselves at them.  Who thinks that Bill Clinton needed to go to Epstein’s island to have sex?

When I was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, young and handsome,  constantly in the news and on television, I experienced the problem.  At one public occasion one of the blond TV personalities propositioned me in front of my wife and my nominal boss, David Abshire, chairman of the Center for Strategic and International Studies.  I pretended I didn’t hear.  Later my wife said, “Don’t worry.  I understand.  She just wanted you as another notch on her gun.”

Plenty of women are available to anything that smacks of celebrity.  We saw that with 15 and 16 year old girls throwing themselves at rock stars. We see it with women throwing themselves at sports stars, at movie stars, and at almost any man with a big pocket book.

Epstein’s visitors were celebrities.  They didn’t need Epstein’s services for sex.

What needs to be investigated is whether Epstein was running a blackmail operation for Israel.  This is an investigation that Netanyahu does not want to happen. Consequently, the only focus is on sex-trafficking, and the only question is whether it was mainly Democrat or mainly Republican customers.

Why Are Americans Being Placed Under a Speech Tsar?

President Trump’s alliance with Israel is giving us Rabbi Yehuda Kaploun as  Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism.  The Special Envoy’s job is to suppress free speech if it involves criticism of any Israeli policy, including the ongoing genocide of Palestine and its remaining people.  Probably it will be considered anti-semitism to criticize the Trump regime for enabling with money, weapons, and diplomatic protection the genocide.

A Special Envoy is said to be needed because of rising anti-semitism in America provoked by the Israeli genocide of Palestine.  The genocide caused Charlie Kirk to break from Israel, and it is this break that likely resulted in Kirk’s assassination.

Rabbi Kaploun dressed it all up as a defense of free speech.  He says he is going to combat growing anti-semitism not by cancelling the First Amendment but by teaching history, by which he means history concocted by Zionists.  It is this “history” such as the holocaust and God’s gift of Palestine to Jews that it will be an offense to challenge.

As we experience Israel’s growing power over America, a question arises:  Is the Camp of the Saints so bad after all?  Would Americans prefer to be dominated by Israel or by Muslim refugees from America’s 21st century wars for Israel against Muslims.  Allegedly, Muslims are terrorists, but we have seen the Zionist terrorism in Gaza and the West Bank and in the Israeli assassinations of Iranians and Lebanese.  Zionist hatred of even the gentiles who are Israel’s protectors is a suspected cause of attacks on Christianity and of the use of pornography to destroy sexual morality.  

The Special Envoy problem now before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, owned by Israel, is unrecognized by Republicans but is causing heartburn for Democrats.  The Democrats’ constituency includes the Muslim immigrant-invaders, some of whom now serve in Congress, as federal judges, and as mayors and city council members.  America’s transition to a Tower of Babel has gone so far that Israel’s ability to control what the Japanese call a “mongrel population” is questionable.  People of Color are a rival privileged ethnicity to Jews, and they are more numerous.  The likely consequence of the Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism will be more and worsening conflict between Democrats and Republicans.  It will be the Republican Jewish constituency against the Democrats People of Color constituency. 

The creation of a special envoy to protect Jewish ethnicity from criticism should raise the question why among all ethnicities it is Israelis that the US government elects to give special legal privileges that prevent anything to which Israel objects from being said?  This legal privilege contradicts the Constitution’s requirement of equal protection under law.  Why are Trump and the Senate Foreign Policy Committee violating the US Constitution for Israel?

Has the American Experiment Failed?

Over the course of my life I have watched the dissolution of American society.  Thinking about the causes, one that really stands out is the hate that feminists and the liberal-left have infused into public policy and societal institutions.  

Feminists destroyed men, women, the relations between them, the family, and the white birth rate.  I regard white ethnicities as endangered species, and feminists are responsible.  

Feminists don’t have all of the women.  Brittany Hugoboom, editor of Evie Magazine, wrote for the Good Life newsletter “How They Broke The Boys.”

In my day boys were brought up to have confidence.  They were going to have family, work, and social responsibilities, and they needed the confidence to deal with them.  Under the feminists this preparation was terminated.  Boys were something that grew into toxic masculinity and had to be suppressed.  And they were. Women are now a majority in the legal, medical, educational, and media professions and are approaching a majority in the world of corporate executives.  Women have assumed the male’s role and abandoned their own.  Women are trained as male replacements in the work force, not for motherhood.

I think the liberal-left got into hate because denunciation of existing society was their approach to achieving reforms.  Over time denunciation tends to turn to hatred.  

Karl Marx and Lenin had paved the way for the feminists and liberal-left.  In my 1973 peer-reviewed university press book, Marx’s Theory of Exchange, Alienation and Crisis, I let Marx and Lenin explain the transition from argument and debate to the murderous use of words.

Marx wrote that criticism “is a weapon. Its object is an enemy it wants not to refute but to destroy. . . . Criticism is no longer an end in itself  but simply a means.  Its essential pathos is indignation. Its essential task, denunciation.“  Marx goes on to say that criticism is hand-to-hand combat, “and in such a combat the point is not whether the opponent is noble, equal, or interesting, the point is to strike him.”

Lenin found in Marx’s statements full support for the stand he took when charged by his own party with “conduct impermissible in a Party member.” At his trial Lenin unflinchingly admitted that his choice of obnoxious phrases was “calculated to evoke in the reader hatred, aversion, and contempt . . . calculated not to convince but to break up the ranks of the opponent, not to correct the mistake of the opponent but to destroy him, to wipe his organization off the face of the earth. . . , Against such political enemies I then conducted a fight of extermination.”

The language and its purpose as stated by Marx and Lenin is the language and purpose of the feminists, the liberals, the left, and the whore media.  It is the use of language to destroy society.

Recently, someone sent me a book, American Nations by Colin Woodard. It is a history of what the author says are eleven rival American regional cultures. Possibly, there are interesting insights in the book, but by the time I got to page 7, “Tidewater,” and page 9, “The Deep South,” the hatred had bubbled up: “the Deep South spread apartheid and authoritarianism across the Southern lowlands.” By the time I reached page 18, Woodard is endorsing multiculturalism and a Tower of Babel and denying that there is any such thing as an ethnic-based nation.   

Woodard tells us about “Deep Southern and Tidewater slave lords.”  Who were these slave lords?  I have never heard of them.  The South, like the rest of the United States inherited slave labor as the agricultural labor force. Neither the US nor the South are responsible for slavery.  The new world, colonists discovered, was full of resources and no work force.  The work force was supplied by the black King of Dahomey, about whom books have been written, including Dahomey and the Slave Trade by the socialist Karl Polanyi.  The black King of Dahomey conducted slave wars, as did other black African tribes. 

Dahomey dominated, because the king had the wits to trade black slaves to Arabs for firearms, which gave him an advantage in the slave wars.  Every black slave that arrived in what became the United States was a captive of the King of Dahomey and was enslaved by him, not by Woodard’s fictional “Southern slave lords.”

As the American frontier was closed slavery as the agricultural work force would have died out.  But as long as new immigrants could move west and take land from the Indians, they had no incentive to work as hired agricultural labor. The South had no responsibility for this dynamic.  The entire slavery issue has been orchestrated to generate hatred of white people.

It is extraordinary that Woodard does not know this history.  Possibly he doesn’t want to know it, because it puts a clamp on his encouragement of hatred toward the South and its “monuments to white supremacists in the public squares of the Tidewater, Deep South, and Greater Appalachia.”  Woodard despises the people who fought for their existence against Lincoln’s invasion of the Confederacy. The monuments to their resistance have been removed and destroyed, but a history that has been erased is still used to demonize Southern Americans.  

In the last pages of the book Woodard says, what we now know to be totally false, that Biden won the 2020 election but President Trump refused to admit defeat and declared without evidence–the evidence was massive, indeed overwhelming–that “the election results were phony, tried to intimidate and threaten local and state officials to overturn the results, and on January 6, 2020, encouraged a mob to attack the U.S. Capitol building. Shortly after the Confederate flag-bearing mob failed to kill Vice President Mike Pence and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.”

Indeed, really?  Anyone capable of writhing this ignorant hate-filled rant is lost to the American purpose.  For Woodard as for the feminists and liberal-left, language is a weapon whose purpose is to destroy an enemy.  It is these evil people destroying enemies, like Israel in Gaza, who are destroying America.

Is AI Overheating?

On November 17 Bloomberg reported that Peter Thiel’s hedge fund sold its 537,742 shares of Nvidia during the third quarter. This month SoftBank sold its stake in Nvidia reportedly worth $5.8 billion. Bloomberg sees the sales as a retreat from investments in Nvidia, the leading provider of artificial intelligence chips. However, SoftBank says it sold its Nvidia shares in order to increase its investments in OpenAI. These are large numbers, but small compared to Nvidia’s $4.6 trillion market capitalization. It is the size of the market capitalization and the large depreciation that might be the problem.

Michael Burry’s expressed uneasiness about problems resulting from very rapid developments in AI, especially as they relate to Nvidia and Palantir (Nvidia makes AI chips and Painter develops AI software) has focused some attention on the depreciation problem resulting from rapid change  that could bring down share prices in the AI arena, including Google and Microsoft.

Michael Burry was the only person who saw in advance the collapse of the mortgage derivative market. No one in the financial sector saw it coming, and neither did the Secretary of the Treasury, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, and the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission. These three stooges went to Congress and stopped Brooksley Born , Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, from regulating derivatives.

We can conclude from this that the people assumed to be smart are not.  The only smart people are the few who can get outside of the box and look at reality objectively.

A Possible AI Collapse

The basic problem seems to be that AI investments rapidly depreciate because of the rapid rate of change, with the result that the rapidly rising depreciation requires ever more new investments into the industry.

Some of the financing seems to be circular. Here is a possible scenario. The company OpenAI contracts to spend more money than they have. The money is to go to Oracle. On the basis of expected incoming revenue from OpenAI, Oracle announces it is going to buy massive amounts of chips from Nvidia. Nvidia then makes a $100 billion investment in OpenAI. It other words it is a credit circle.

The massive data centers being built by Google and Microsoft are not a one-time investment, they are a huge recurring expense.  The data centers depreciate rapidly because of rapid developments such as the displacement of CPU processors by the faster GPU processors. If the companies underestimate the speed at which their investments are depreciating, they could be faced with a depreciation tsunami with depreciation write downs exceeding new investment inflows and cash flow. It is possible to have profits and no cash flow, because reported profit doesn’t include the capital spending necessary to keep up with rapid technological development. For now it seems that new investments into the companies are taking the place of profits, and it is new investments into AI that are creating the bubble. However, expenses cannot forever exceed profits without stock prices and high P/E ratios collapsing.

One way to hide the problem is to extend the expected life of the investments from, say, three years to six years. This gives a longer time to spread out the depreciation and thereby a less of a hit on cash flow. But if the life of the assets turns out to be three years, the company is in trouble.

Yet another problem is that rapidly depreciating computer units are being used as collateral to finance loans, and new businesses called neoclouds borrow money to use to offer computing units for rent. As the business is rapidly growing, there quickly will be hundreds of billions of dollars in loans based on rapidly expiring collateral.

If I have managed to understand the situation, the AI boom is dependent on new money entering the industry to provide the money to renew rapidly depreciating assets. If the inflow of new money reduces or halts, the bubble pops.

As my readers perhaps know, I am more interested in the societal affects of AI than in a market crash from an AI bubble. The societal effects are more deadly than a market crash.

Is Trump Killing His Movement and was Epstein Running a Mossad Blackmail Operation?

Nima and I discuss these issues.  We do not discuss whether Epstein was murdered, which is the question at the heart of the matter.  If he was murdered,  why?  Was Epstein murdered because he threatened to reveal that he was running a blackmail operation, not a sex-trafficking operation?  Was he murdered because he had the dirt on too many elite Americans?  Did the CIA have him murdered as revenge for Israel’s spying on the US?

The circumstances suggest that he was murdered.  A high profile prisoner, he was in a suicide-proof cell watched by two guards and by security cameras.  For the brief period during which he died, the guards happened to wander off the job.  The security cameras malfunctioned or were turned off.  In other words, not just part of security failed.  All of it did.

There is no evidence of suicide.  There is only assertion by authorities.  How often do authorities tell the truth?  President John F. Kennedy’s assassination?  His brother, Robert F. Kennedy’s assassination?  9/11?, Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction?  Assad’s use of  chemical weapons?  The lies about Gaddafi?  The examples of authorities saying the opposite of the truth are endless.

If Epstein was running an Israeli blackmail operation to ensure American conformity with Israel’s policy of expansion in the Middle East, it is unlikely any youths below the age of sexual consent were present involuntary.  Israel would hire young women rather than  jeopardize an important operation by kidnapping underaged girls and holding them in sexual bondage, which could lead to an investigation.  Moreover, whether or not 17-year old Virginia Guthrie was underaged depends on her state of residency.  In the 50 US states the age varies from 16 to 18 years old.  In 31 of the 50 states the age of consent is 16.  In eight of the states the age of consent is 17.  In eleven of the states the age of consent is 18.

The age of sexual consent is arbitrary.  In 1871 Delaware lowered  the age of female sexual consent from 10 to 7 years old.  In the rest of the US at that time the age was 10 to 12 years old.  Today in some South American and African countries the age of female consent is 12.  In Austria it is 14. In France, Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Greece, Denmark and Iceland, the age of consent is 15. In the rest of Europe the age of consent is 16 or 17.  In China the age of consent is 14.  In Japan the age was recently raised from 13 to 16.  In many Muslim countries sexual intercourse outside of marriage is prohibited.  In Iran males can marry at 15 and girls at 13.

In the US the age of consent was raised partly to reduce teenage pregnancy.  Today this problem is combated by mothers having 12-year old daughters on birth control pills.  Moreover, whether or not sex with an underaged female is a criminal offense depends on the age of the male.  As long as the male is not 21, the arbitrary age of adulthood, it is not a criminal offense.

Consider the paradox, an 18 year old American, a non-adult, cannot purchase alcohol or a gun, but can be sent as a soldier to kill and die abroad.  This shows how arbitrary the age definitions are.

The narrative that Epstein was running a sex trafficking operation for pedophiles appeals to MAGA-Americans who see the elite as a corrupt class.  As many MAGA-Americans are Christian Zionists, they don’t want to hear that Israel was entrapping Americans for blackmail purposes. Male-hating feminists also prefer the sex-trafficking narrative as it lays the blame on men.  Emotions and indoctrination predispose much of the public to see the Epstein saga as an underage sex-trafficking business.  This predisposition protects Israel by dismissing a blackmail operation as anti-semitism and a conspiracy theory.

The question is whether there are sufficient Americans free of indoctrination and brainwashing who are capable of rational analysis instead of emotional responses to ever reach the truth about anything.  If a person reads comment sections on articles and podcasts that are posted, he sees a lot of emotion and little thought.  A person also discovers that people follow websites, podcasts and social media that support what they already believe.  There are not many whose beliefs are based on objective analysis of facts.  Indeed, what the actual facts are is becoming harder to ascertain.  How likely is it that a majority can arrive at the truth of any issue?

Lawsuit Seeks To Strike Down ‘Anti-Christian’ Restrictions in State Work-Study Programs

Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a new lawsuit seeking to dismantle three state-run higher-education programs he says unconstitutionally discriminate against religious students and faith-based organizations. The Destruction of Reality

I have written a number of articles for which I have received little response about the horrible mistake humanity has made by entering into the digital revolution and the AI it spawned.  These disastrous developments are now being institutionalized in all societies.  They bring the end of human autonomy, independence, control, objective truth, freedom, and awareness of reality. 

The digital revolution destines humans to live in a reality created for them by those who control the data bases and thereby reality.  Already AI companies are working to create the belief that a computer program, a chatbot, is a real person.  You can now have a hologram of your parents or some other deceased relative or friend to advise you and sympathize with you as you experience the challenges of life.

The transition of human life from objective reality into AI created reality is what is meant by science fiction writers, who are no longer writing fiction, when they describe a world in which those who control the narrative rule. Humans are being locked up in an artificial reality.  There is still a real reality, but like in The Matrix humans don’t live in it.

I wonder if people understood the deadly threat that AI presents to them whether they would exterminate everyone associated with AI and the digital revolution before humanity is exterminated.  A person who lives in artificial reality is an exterminated person.

A person who lives in an artificially created reality is no longer a human capable of objective thought. As this is our destiny, it no longer matters whether world nuclear war wipes out the human species. They are already being wiped out by AI and the digital revolution.
