Presidents Have Little Control Over Their Governments

The Cuban Missile Crisis in October 1962 was a wake-up call for President John F. Kennedy and his Soviet counterpart, Nikita Khrushchev, General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.  Both leaders realized that the military competition between the two nuclear powers could end in the annihilation of both countries.

The table was set for ending the dangerous and unpredictable Cold War.  The Soviet Communist Party and the Russian people had had enough of a government in which not even the leaders of the Bolshevik Revolution had been safe.  On February 25, 1956, in a speech to a closed session of the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union titled “On the Cult of Personality and its Consequences,” Khrushchev had denounced the autocrat Stalin.  President Kennedy had just experienced the frightening situation where the US military/security complex was on the verge of starting a war with the Soviet Union without the President’s approval.

The Cuban Missile Crisis was resolved by Kennedy and Khrushchev working together without their warmongering officials.  The crisis was resolved by Khrushchev removing the Soviet missiles from Cuba in exchange for Kennedy’s promise to quietly remove the American missiles in Turkey six months later.

However, before the two leaders could end the Cold War, Kennedy was assassinated by the CIA and the Joint Chiefs of Staff for being soft on communism and threatening US national security and the power and budget of the US military/security complex.  Similarly, Khrushchev was removed by hard-line elements in the Politburo for his unwarranted trust of the capitalist power.  The Cold War resumed, and it was left to Reagan and Gorbachev to try again. Gorbachev paid for it by being placed under house arrest by hardline elements in the Politburo who thought he was liberalizing too quickly and trusting the West without securing ironclad security agreements.  It was Gorbachev’s arrest that brought down the Soviet Union.  

Based on my experience in the Congressional staff and as a presidential appointee in the Reagan administration, I have on various occasions attempted to help Americans understand that the president is not all powerful and has little control over his administration.  Here are two of my most recent attempts to impart understanding to the American public:

In this column I am going to use President John F. Kennedy as an example and allow him to tell you in his own words and to allow James W. Douglass to tell you in a passage from his book, JFK and the Unspeakable,  about Kennedy’s assassination how extremely difficult it is for a president to exercise control over his government.

Vietnam is the example.  Kennedy realized that Vietnam was a trap, that the military/security complex was ramping up a war that America could not win and would have difficulty extracting itself from, as many years later President Nixon and Henry Kissinger found.  Kennedy told Senator Mike Mansfield, Representative Tip O’Neill, US Marine Corps Commander General David M. Shoup, Senator Wayne Morse, and columnist Charles Bartlett that he had made the decision to pull US forces out of Vietnam before the Pentagon ramped up the war.  Kennedy told them that it would have to await until 1964 after his reelection. Kennedy said: “We don’t have a prayer of prevailing there. But I can’t give up a piece of territory like that to the Communists and then get the American people to reelect me.”

As James Douglass notes, “a mind needs hands to carry out its intentions. A president’s hands are his staff and extended government bureaucracy.” As Kennedy knew, when it came down to the nitty-gritty of carrying out his decision to end US involvement in Vietnam before it grew larger, his administration’s hands were resistant to doing what he wanted them to do, especially the Pentagon’s hands.  He also knew that in order to withdraw from Vietnam after he won re-election in the fall of 1964, he now had to inspire his aides to move the machinery for withdrawal that he had activated on October 11, 1963, with National security Action Memorandum 263.

The day before he left for Dallas where he was assassinated, he told one of his reluctant aides, Michael Forestal, that “I want to start a complete and very profound review of how we got into this country (Vietnam), what we thought we were doing, and what we now think we can do. I even want to think about whether or not we should be there.”

As Douglass says, “The president’s mind had to coax his government’s hands gently and circumspectly to get them to function as he wished.”  Instead, they killed him.

Nixon also wanted to get America out of Vietnam, and he and Kissinger faced the same problem that Kennedy did.  Nixon could not pull out, accept an American defeat, and win reelection.  Nixon desperately needed a face-saving negotiated settlement, but North Vietnam, realizing it had the winning hand, was uncooperative.  It was this frustration that led to the extension of violence to Laos and Cambodia. The American liberal-left has never made the slightest effort to understand the predicament that President Johnson’s expansion of the war presented for Nixon..

Nixon was already in trouble with the military/security complex.  He had opened to China, thus reducing that foreign threat, and he had negotiated the Strategic Arms Limitation talks (SALT I) agreement and the anti-ballistic missile treaty with the Soviet Union, thus curtailing those military expenditures and reopening a possible end of the profitable Cold War.  By this time there were many suspicions of the Warren Committee’s report on Kennedy’s assassination, and physical violence could not be used against Nixon.  Instead the CIA assassinated him politically by orchestrating the “Watergate scandal” that the Washington Post managed for the CIA. 

I have reported my personal experience in the difficulty President Reagan had in getting his tax bill out of his own government and the difficulty he had in getting his government’s cooperation in ending the Cold War.

In American history there are endless explanations that serve agendas instead of the truth.  Republicans and Democrats, liberals and conservatives, will concoct narratives that are false in order to blame one another.  Ideologues produce narratives that advance their causes.  This has always been a problem.  However, it was greatly magnified by the Cold War era during which the communist enemy and the Israeli ally narratives were set in stone.  These narratives retain a strong influence over American minds, and, thereby, limit a president’s ability to deal with real problems.

Note:  As I have previously explained, when the CIA pulls off an event, the cover story is already written.  It is given to the media and becomes the official narrative before anyone has had a chance to think about what has happened.  Challenges to the official narrative are then dismissed as conspiracy theories. The CIA has several other cover stories ready for use if the original one wears thin.

I am aware of the explanations that the Mafia killed JFK, that Israel killed JFK, and so on.  These narratives are completely implausible.  None of these alternative assassins had the power to pull Kennedy’s Secret Service protection off his open limousine.  None had the power to get Jack Ruby inside the Dallas jail with a pistol so he could assassinate Oswald before Oswald could be interrogated.  None had the power to have the Joint Chiefs order military doctors to reconstruct Kennedy’s head so that the damage would correspond to the alleged shot from behind and to silence the Dallas doctors who knew the truth.  None had the power to prevent the Warren Commission from calling the witnesses whose evidence did not support the Warren Commission’s narrative.

Certainly Israel had a motive–Kennedy’s intent to stop Israel’s nuclear weapons development–but Israel did not have the power to turn the entire US government into a conspiracy to cover up Israel’s assassination of a US president.  Only the CIA and the Joint Chiefs had the power to cover up their assassination of Kennedy.

The attacks could happen “in a matter of weeks” 

The excuse is strikes inside Venezuela on alleged drug traffickers.  This is a hoax like the “Muslim Terrorist Threat” that was Washington’s excuse for its wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and the attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities.  The war on terror was a war on opponents to Greater Israel.  The war on Venezuelan drug traffickers is a continuation of Washington’s attempt to overthrow the Venezuelan government dating from the Hugo Chavez years and to return Venezuela to American hands for exploitation.  Regardless of any drug traffickers, attacks on Venezuelan territory are acts of war.  Intimidation in support of American hegemony continues.  Will military attacks on drug traffickers in Mexico be next?  Is Venezuela the only country with drug traffickers?  What about Washington’s ally, Colombia?

The real reason for the military attack on Venezuela’s government, along with bagfuls of money, is to encourage the Venezuelan military to overthrow Maduro’s government.  It is a tactic Washington has often used on Honduras.

We Now Have a Fourth Theory of Charlie Kirk’s Assassination

The latest explanation is that Kirk’s Israeli Security Team attached one of Israel’s explosive cavalier microphones to Kirk’s shirt.  The man in the palm gun video is actually sending a signal to detonate the microphone, not firing a palm gun. 

All of the theories have problems.  This theory has entrance and exit wounds.  But the surgeon reportedly said there is no exit wound.

Clearly whatever wounds exist are not compatible with a 30-06.

Instead of theories, what we need are facts.  Why are there NO FACTS?

Is the purpose of the absence of facts to produce competing theories to argue about and thus bury the facts.

Why can’t some independent authority–not the whore media, not the FBI–say whether there are entrance and exit wounds and what weapon they are compatible with?

Why can’t the bullet be identified if it is true that the surgeon found it in Kirk’s neck “under the skin.”

The absence of the basic facts tells us that we are not meant to know.

The fourth theory of Kirk’s assassination was supplied to me by a reader.  Here it is:

There is now video evidence that is extremely compelling that Charlie Kirk was fitted with an explosive lavalier mic, attached to his T-shirt that fired a small caliber projectile through the right side of his neck, creating a bloody exit wound on his neck’s left side. The mini-explosion under Charlie’s shirt caused a momentary ballooning of the shirt and smoke coming from under his garment that would not seem to have been caused by a bullet fired at him from a distance. These details are readily visible in the video attached below.

The apparent assassin was a man with a large-square-patterned, brown shirt in the audience several feet away from Kirk.  He seems to have “shot” Charlie, not by firing a Derringer-sized pistol at him, as some have speculated, but by triggering the detonator under Charlie’s shirt with a remote-control device under the killer’s own shirt sleeve.  He was captured on video on the front row in the audience, “pulling the trigger” through his sleeve, which is precisely synchronized with the sound of the exploding detonator.  In the video, the man then exhibits a completely different reaction from the other frightened people around him at the moment after Charlie is shot.  Thereafter, he immediately rushes to the crime scene where his accomplices appear to be removing the spent mic detonator, or “squib,” from Charlie’s shirt, and perhaps the spent bullet on the ground as well.

Another man in a blue shirt appears to be putting something in his back pocket, while the man in the brown shirt hands off what appears to be the remote control trigger device used in the assassination to yet another man in a white shirt, who puts that item in his back pocket.  Both men in the blue shirt and white shirt run off behind the stage and disappear.  The assassin or “trigger man” remains at the crime scene, apparently combing the area and sweeping up any remaining evidence.

Another person moves quickly to remove the SD card in the camera behind Charlie that captured the murder on video up close, although from a rear angle. However this too was an illegal removal of evidence from the crime scene. Even the rushed removal of Kirk’s body, ostensibly, “to the hospital,” when he was obviously already dead was also a criminal removal of evidence. Incredibly, the same man with the brown shirt who “pulled the trigger,” can also be seen in another video (linked below, as well) directing five other men, uniformly dressed in dark shirts and khaki pants, as they hurriedly carry Kirk’s lifeless body to a black Suburban, as one or two clueless police look on and still do nothing to secure the crime scene.   Then the man in the brown shirt enters the black Suburban to accompany Kirk’s dead body to the hospital.  He was not only the “trigger man” but apparently the person coordinating the entire criminal cooperation.

During the ride to the hospital, there would have been enough time to remove Charlie’s shirt, and perhaps replace it with an identical garment.  This would have precluded any forensic discovery of spent gunpowder from the explosive that was discharged underneath the material of his original clothing.   Of course, just as we were presented with falsified photos of the entry and exit wounds on President Kennedy’s skull, and misleading testimonies by the government’s obviously compromised and/or threatened pathologists at Bethesda, Maryland, so also was the published report on Kirk’s wounds a total lie.  This operation was necessarily conducted by multiple persons known to Charlie, who were either employees of TPUSA or “contractors” hired by Charlie’s organization.  They are now helping to perpetuate the cover-up, as if those in Charlie’s inner circle were covert Mossad and/or CIA operatives tasked with “keeping him in line,” or eliminating him if he deviated from the script approved by Israel.

As many will recall, the Israelis developed explosive pagers that made their way into the pockets of administrators of the Hamas government structures, killing the people who were carrying those devices, and injuring many others in the process, on 17 September 2024.  The Mossad’s remote control executions continued on 18 September 2024 with explosive walkie-talkies that had been sold to Iranian officials.  In this manner, Israel’s remote-control assassination operations resulted in 42 deaths and over 3500 injuries.

A remotely-detonated explosive lapel microphone, magnetically attached to Kirk’s T-shirt with part of the device hidden from view under the shirt, and modified to fire a deadly projectile at close range, would certainly have been within the Mossad’s capabilities in its war against public figures that threaten Israel’s agenda.  Moreover, the Mossad would have been able to call on our own government to assist in the murder, as the obedient slave to the Jewish state that it has become, in totality during the first several months of Trump’s second term.

The presenter of this brief video, Stew Peters, is the courageous producer of the riveting documentary, “Died Suddenly,” which exposed the government’s massive killing spree with the COVID vaccine.  Peters lays the blame on Kirk’s “Israeli security detail,” for having executed the murder.  If so, they were likely aided in the crime by members of Charlie Kirk’s own staff that remain high up in the organization he founded, Turning Point USA.   From early on, Kirk’s operation was heavily funded by Jewish donors, and was run by maniacal “Christian-Zionists” who some time ago stopped following the teachings of Jesus Christ after they became deranged, radicalized Zionists.  Once Kirk had gone rogue and began calling out both Israel and domestic Jewish influencers, the members of Kirk’s inner circle had to choose between Charlie and the object of their first loyalty – Talmudic Jewry and the Zionist bandit state.   Israel will not tolerate someone taking their money and then turning on them, nor will their non-Jewish sycophants who have become caught up in the mindset of Talmudic Jewry. The Talmud justifies the killing of non-Jews, and its powerful adherents will not allow anyone seen as a threat to Israel to live.  Natanyahu kills people with impunity around the world, and his brainwashed, cultish, non-Jewish, Zionist allies cheer him on.

As you well know, these same kinds of twisted souls financed the Trump campaign and now occupy the Trump Administration, in every single key position.  No doubt this is why President Trump never deviates from the Israeli playbook.  And this will guarantee that his Justice Department will allow the government’s patsy, who, just like Harvey Oswald, has denied shooting anyone, to be “suicided” while in federal custody, resulting in the immediate closure of the case. Just like LBJ, who was the designated custodian for the cover-up of the murder of JFK before the president was assassinated, so also President Trump is already complicit in the murder of Charlie Kirk by falsely blaming his death on “radical leftists.” And he will continue to allow his corrupt FBI director to lie non-stop to the American people during the agency’s sham “investigation” into the murder of Charlie Kirk from beginning to end.

Kirk’s supposed “best friend,” Andrew Kolvet, is also a bad actor, parroting the ridiculous claim that Charlie’s “man of steel” neck bones prevented the alleged assassin’s 30-06 bullet (which has yet to be produced) from piercing his neck.  Kolvet went on camera to present this obviously bogus “coroner’s report,” but no one is buying it.

Every distraction imaginable was spring-loaded and ready to go before Kirk’s murder, including an elderly professional crisis actor (also Jewish) claiming to have shot Kirk, to preoccupy the local police while the killers were sweeping the the crime scene, uninhibited.  Plus, multiple decoy shooters were positioned on the roof of the buildings that surrounded the temporary arena where Kirk was speaking.  Moreover, there is a plethora of misleading videos and false explanations being put out that have been deliberately engineered to confuse the public. FBI Had Almost 300 Agents Embedded in Capitol Protesters on January 6

It turns out that the FBI had about as many agents at the January 6 alleged “insurrection” at the Capitol as there were protesters of the stolen election–274. Videos of the event clearly show that there were agitators in the crowd trying to foment violence.  The agitators were clearly trying to create a situation that would let an “insurrection” be declared.  Clearly, this would not be the tactic of the Trump supporters protesting the stolen election

Whore media, such as Yahoo News, rushed to bury the released information by creating the false narrative that the 274 agents were not embedded in the protesters in order to foment violence, but were sent to respond to the alleged “Capitol Riot.”

If so, obviously the FBI knew in advance that the Democrats intended to foment a riot and had the agents at the ready.  

The main source of violence was the black DC cop who murdered Ashi Babbitt, shooting her from behind.  Nothing has been done about the murder.  Why didn’t White Lives Matter loot and burn down business districts in many American cities like Black Lives Matter in response to the alleged death of George Floyd at the hands of Derick Chauvin, who in fact did all that could be done to save Floyd from dying from his overdose of fentanyl.  But the criminal Democrats and whore media wanted a white cop blamed for their propaganda purposes.

The alleged “Jan 6 insurrection” was a poorly staged event by the corrupt Democrats to shift attention away from the overwhelming facts of a stollen presidential election onto Trump leading an insurrection in order to hold on to the presidency.  The whore American media was careful not to show video evidence that contradicted the absurd claim of “insurrection,” and suppressed all the real facts while inventing false facts to discredit the legitimate protest.

A corrupt Biden “Justice” Department falsely convicted more than 1,270 Americans for exercising their First Amendment rights and sent at least 650 to prison, some for many years.  When Trump won his third presidential election, he pardoned and released all of them.

The Biden scum responsible for bankrupting families with legal bills and sending family members to prison on illegitimate charges include Merrick Garland, a despicable character.  

It is more important to hold the peopled responsible for this vast miscarriage of justice than to prosecute FBI director Comey for perjury.  Will it be done?

An illegal alien from Guyana has been serving as the Superintendent of the largest school district in Iowa at a salary and benefits of $305,917 yearly.  He has been arrested by ICE and faces a deportation order.  Democrats are rallying to the illegal’s cause.

As far as I know he was doing a good job.  But how did an immigrant-invader become a school superintendent in red state Iowa?  We know that the anti-American Biden Democrats did whatever they could to advance immigrant-invaders, but why would a red state appoint an illegal immigrant-invader the superintendent of the schools of Des Moines, Iowa’s capital city?

I don’t know the answer, but for Democrats apparently there is no longer a difference between a US citizen and an immigrant-invader.  White American citizens are protesting in mass against ICE deportations of illegal entrants, and Democrat governors and mayors are doing everything in their power to keep the immigrant-invaders in the US.  What is the future of a country that is unable to tell the difference between invaders and citizens?

I sometimes wonder if even in a red state a white heterosexual Christian male could be appointed the school superintendent in a capital city. Clearly it would help if the white male were transgendered or a “minor directed person.”

According to the information received by the SVR, Brussels Eurobureaucrats are determined to keep Moldova pegged to its Russophobic policy.

“It is planned to do this at any cost, up to the introduction of troops and the actual occupation of the country. At this stage, the concentration of the armed forces of NATO states in Romania is being carried out near the Moldovan borders. A NATO contingent is being prepared for deployment to the Odessa Region of Ukraine to intimidate Transnistria. According to available data, the first group of soldiers from France and Great Britain has already arrived in Odessa,” the SVR said.

According to the news release, European officials fear that the “gross falsifications” of the election returns being cooked by Brussels and Chisinau will force Moldovans to take to the streets to defend their rights.

“Then, at the request of [Moldovan] President Maia Sandu, the armed forces of European states would be brought in to force Moldovans to accept a dictatorship under the guise of European democracy,” the statement reads.

The Foreign Intelligence Service added that Brussels does not intend to abandon its plans to occupy Moldova even if the situation in that country immediately after the elections does not require external intervention.

The Russiagate Hoax organized by Comey, CIA director James Brennan, Hillary Clinton, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and the whore media with George Soros’ money was an attempted coup to seize power from the elected president of the United States.  It is hardly justice to substitute the lesser crime of perjury for high treason.  But this is how the ruling establishment protects its agents.

Much of what Musk says makes sense, but not the globalism part that the assassination of Kirk is a way of dividing us.  We have been divided for decades by the teaching of critical race theory, aversive racism and by the DEI policy created by Blumrosen in the EEOC in the 1960s, by abortion, by the legalization of sexual perversity, by the feminist attack on men, and so on.  Division has long existed and worsened.  Musk’s “globalism” explanation is an effort to rationalize division that has long existed and grown.  Liberal-left American professors had done a thorough job of creating division.  It is all they are good for.

The globalism theory assumes that the US is the only obstacle to the WEA’s global management of the world.  But of course there is Russia, China, and the rest of the world.  As for division it is the neoconservatives that have the US aligned against Russia, China, Iran, India, and in Israel’s pocket.  Perhaps it is Israel that is attaining world control.

As for forensic evidence, the front neck wound is too small to be an exit wound.  Possibly it could be an exit wound of a small caliber such as .17 or .22.  But it is most certainly not an exit wound of a powerful round.  

Moreover, Kirk’s right hand man says the surgeon said there is no exit wound and that the surgeon found the bullet inside Kirk’s neck.  Musk did not give evidence for the trajectory he asserts of rear entry and front exit.    

Still no one has identified the caliber of the bullet.  It clearly is not a 30-06 as the official narrative asserts.

I find the video of the palm pistol shot more convincing, at least convincing enough to be investigated.  Indeed, all explanations should be investigated.

As we already have multiple explanations of Kirk’s assassination, it reminds me of what James Jesus Angleton once told me.  When the CIA pulls off an event it has a pre-packaged cover story that instantly becomes the explanation, and several more pre-packaged stories in reserve.  If the first narrative wears thin, a couple more narratives are released.  People then argue over which is correct and the focus is shifted off the question why the first narrative was wrong.  

I think all that we really know is that the official narrative is false.  The important question is why is the FBI satisfied with a false narrative?
