Israel’s Knesset approves legislation that legalizes execution of  Palestinian abductees

The first reading of the legislation passed the Israeli legislature by a vote of 39 votes in favor and 16 against. Two more readings of the bill are required before the measure becomes law. The bill was sponsored by the Israeli minister Ben-Gvir who leads the Jewish Power Party, which by all appearances is to the right of the Nazi party in Germany in the 1930s. The Israeli minister and other members wear a pin on their lapel in the form of a noose to indicate their attitude toward Palestinians. The bill sponsored by the Israeli minister is for the purpose of legitimizing the execution of Palestinian prisoners who have long been subject to torture and death in Israeli prisons. The bill legitimizes Israel’s past crimes as well as it’s future ones. Israeli Doctors are prohibited by their union’s ethical ban from assisting in the execution of prisoners. Ben-Gvir says that despite this ban he has received 100 telephone calls from Israeli doctors volunteering to execute Palestinian prisoners.

How is it possible for the governments in the world to accept ambassadors from a state that is so brutally evil? Will the governments of the world ever tire of tolerating a government whose inhumanity to Palestinians and other Arabs rivals that of the Nazis of whom Israelis bitterly complain?

Erasure of British Civilization

According to Chief Reporter Robert Mendick in the December 8, 2025, London Daily Telegram,

“A teacher was banned from working with children after telling a Muslim child that “Britain is still a Christian state.”

“The primary school teacher was referred to his local child protection board over comments made to the pupil at a school in London. A senior detective from the Metropolitan Police’s child abuse investigation team also became involved.

“The case has intensified concern among free-speech campaigners that laws intended to keep children safe from harm from adults are being deployed to crack down on Right-wing views. The Telegraph revealed this week that Jamie Michael, a former Royal Marine, was barred from working with children after posting a Facebook video protesting against illegal migrants.

“In the latest case, the teacher, who does not wish to be named, was suspended and sacked for an incident in which he allegedly admonished students for washing their feet in the sinks in the boys’ lavatories. Police were also called in to investigate an alleged hate crime.”

The Anglican church is a British state institution. Why is it a right-wing statement to say that Britain is still a Christian state when Britain has a state Christian church?  “Right-wing” has been turned into a term of demonization. Why did the Telegraph’s chief reporter bias his report by associating the thought that Britain is a Christian state with a discredited point of view?

The American Leftwing Continues It’s destruction of American law

The article begins reasonably. It acknowledges that Texas and New York City have paid out hundreds of millions of dollars to more than 1000 wrongfully convicted people. I myself for many years have documented the story of wrongful conviction. Wrongful conviction in the United States is a more likely result than justice. (See Paul Craig Roberts, The Tyranny of Good Intentions).

Instead of continuing with the article as an important article about wrongful conviction and its extraordinary prevalence, Mother Jones turns the article into an attack on President Trump. President Trump is suing the Biden Department of Justice for $230 million as restitution for the wrongful FBI raid on Trump’s Lago mansion in Florida and for Biden prosecutor Jack Smith’s investigations of Trump for allegedly stealing classified documents and sharing them with others and for Smith’s false assertion that Trump attempted insurrection to overturn the 2020 election. Mother Jones says in fact that Trump is using his authority as President of the United States to steal $230 million from hard-pressed American taxpayers.

It is completely clear that the only reason for the FBI’s greatly publicized raid on Trump’s home and for Jack Smith’s pursuit of indictments of Trump was to prevent Trump from running in 2024 as a presidential candidate. Not even the American left is unaware of this fact. As far as the American left is concerned, Trump and his supporters can be accused of every crime on the books, regardless of any evidence or of any crime having taken place.

Whether or not Donald Trump needs $230 million in restitution for Biden administration attacks on his integrity and character, prosecutorial abuse in America is very much out of hand. Trump’s demand for restitution can help to end the abuse. Thus, Trump’s lawsuit is not about money for Trump. It is about attracting attention to, and ending the misuse of, American law for political reasons. The Democrat’s policy of weaponizing law is destroying the legitimacy of law. Once the legitimacy of law is destroyed by the Democrats, social chaos will be the result.

The audacity of the Democrat party demonstrated by the Democrats’ theft of the 2020 presidential election and subsequent attempts to frame President Trump for offenses that never happened should give pause to the American electorate. Do the American people want a Democrat government that weaponizes law in order to destroy political opposition? That is what voting Democrat will bring them.

The Erasure of Western Civilization

Dear readers, I post a lot of interviews, and I know that it takes time that you can use for other purposes to listen to them.

I understand that people view my interviews because they trust me to tell them the truth as far as I can ascertain it and not to deceive them with a narrative that serves some special interest that is paying me. Indeed, the fact that I try to ascertain what is the truth and to report it is the reason that I am so often interviewed.

Some of my interviews are worth more than others. The latest one with Nima on Dialogue Works is one that I have high confidence in its truth.  This is an important interview due to Nima’s provocative questioning.

People in the Western world are accustomed to threats being confined to external enemies, such as the Soviet Union and today Putin’s Russia, China and Islamists in Iran. But the real threat to the West has nothing whatsoever to do with these countries. The threat to the West is internal in the structure of Western ideas that have been unfolding for a century and that demonize the existence of the western world as a racist collection of white supremacists who exploit and suppress people of color. This narrative creates hatred both internal and external of white Western Civilization. It destroys white self confidence and deprives white ethnicities of the ability to defend themselves. The demonization of Western Civilization is institutionalized in Western education.

These ideas receive no attention. No thought is given to their destructive impact. No one wonders how a culture can be discredited by its own educational system and expect to remain a viable entity.

My interview by Nima, provoked by his questions, brings out the true nature of the threat against western civilization. I recommend this interview, and I hope it succeeds in making the Western world aware of the real threat that it faces before it erases itself.

A Change in Course: President Trump’s 2025 National Security Strategy Document

If President Trump’s 2025 national security strategy document means anything, and I hope it does, the Union of Atomic Scientists can move back the hand on the doomsday clock a couple of hours. If President Trump’s strategy can survive the opposition of interest groups and the ideological left of the Democratic Party, and is continued by his successors in office, President Trump has indeed changed the course of America and the world.

The document endorses many of the points that I have made for decades. I will get to some of these points in a moment, but first of the greatest importance is the document’s abandonment of the Wolfowitz doctrine of American hegemony. In place of this war prone doctrine, Trump’s strategy is to approach the world on the basis of economic competitiveness. Of primary importance is the document’s call for reestablishing strategic stability between Russia and the United States and Europe. The absence of strategic stability between the West and Russia is a path to nuclear war. Thus, Trump’s approach to national security addresses the most fundamental issue of our time.

The document says that American elites placed misguided and destructive bets on globalism and the so-called “free trade” which hollowed out the middle class and industrial base on which American economic and military power depends and admits that it was the policy of offshoring American manufacturing jobs that built the Chinese economy. The document criticizes American policy elites for tying American policy to a network of international institutions, many of which are driven by anti-Americanism and by a transnationalism that explicitly seeks to dissolve individual state sovereignty into a Tower of Babel. To ensure our success, America must be unapologetic about the country’s past and present. Our self-confidence, which has been damaged by intellectual elites, has to be regained. We must turn our back on the liberals’ efforts to destroy our self-belief by preaching guilt and our national cohesiveness with open borders. The document recognizes the importance of spiritual and cultural health, and of people who are proud of their achievements and heroes. The effort of the liberal-left to create a culture of self criticism and guilt, should it succeed, will result in national failure. The document rejects the liberal left policy of DEI. Without a merit-based system, the United States cannot compete in the world and will be bypassed by others.

The document expresses concern about Europe’s self-confidence and Western identity, the weakness of which together with low birth rates and massive immigration threaten Europe with civilizational erasure. Should present trends continue Europe will be unrecognizable in 20 years or less.

The document is not perfect. It avoids assigning any responsibility for the conflict in Ukraine to Washington. And it does not connect the offshoring of American manufacturing to the US trade deficit. Nevertheless, it is a far better strategy than anything I expected to see coming out of Washington. If trump’s national security policy influences his approach to the negotiations with Putin, we should soon have a reasonable solution.

Democrats Have Destroyed Equality Under Law

I did not think it would be possible for New York Attorney General, Leticia James, and former FBI Director, James Comey, to be prosecuted. And I was correct that Democrats would protect  their agents who tried to destroy President Trump. Republicans are too weak to fight their enemies. Indeed Republicans think their enemies are over there in foreign lands–Russians, Iranians, Chinese, Venezuelans.

A Democrat judge dismissed the grand jury charges against James and Comey on the grounds that the US attorney prosecuting the case was illegally appointed. The case was not dismissed on the grounds that there was no evidence, or on the grounds that the evidence against them presented to the grand jury was false, or that the grand jury was politically biased against the defendants. In other words, even if we assume the judge’s assertion of illegal appointment is correct, the appointment has nothing to do with the case against James and Comey.

The US Justice department last Thursday failed in its attempt to secure a new indictment against New York attorney general Leticia James when the grand jury refused the indictment. It is taken for granted that the prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. Yet the case against Leticia James, a case strong enough to have already secured a grand jury indictment, was refused by a second grand jury. What is going on here?  Did the prosecutor  intentionally present a bad case?  I remember AG Bondi saying that the Justice Department was staffed with Democrats. Are jurors in New York too fearful to indict Democrats?  Do they fear threats and harassment by thugs?

Remember, the charge against Leticia James is that she committed mortgage fraud– the same charge on which she attempted to frame President Trump. In Trump’s case, there was no evidence of fraud. It was only Leticia James’ assertion. Moreover, there were no complaints of fraud against Trump from the people he allegedly defrauded. All of the lenders said they were pleased with the loans. No one suffered any loss. Leticia James knew that in the corrupt New York so-called “justice system” she could convict a person like Trump, who has been demonized by the media. She knew that there would be some black jurors influenced by the demonization of white people as racists and exploiters who would see in the case against President Trump a way of dealing a blow against their oppressors. Vengeful jurors were the basis for Leticia James prosecution of President Trump.

In the case of the indictment of Letitia James, the evidence is completely clear. She lied on her mortgage application that her rental property in Virginia was her place of residence. It was completely clear that she lied about her residence in order to save thousands of dollars in mortgage costs.

Now ask yourself what is the importance to the facts in the case of a prosecutor being dismissed by a federal Democrat judge as improperly appointed? Does it invalidate the evidence? If not, why is the indictment invalidated?

More importantly, why does a Democrat judge want a New York Attorney General who has committed a criminal act to remain NY attorney general?

Remember also that in the case of James Comey, the Democrat US attorney appointed to prosecute Comey leaked to the media that she could not find a case against Comey. The purpose of the leak was to prejudice the jury pool against finding Comey guilty if prosecuted by a different US attorney.

As you can see, Democrats view law as a political weapon, and not as a means of obtaining justice.

Democrats do not have a concept of justice that applies to everyone equally. Democrats have a multi-tiered concept of justice. For example, a black American cannot be held to the same accountability as a white American. A black criminal is a victim of white racist society, and his crime is the fault of white society. The result of this approach to criminal justice is that Democrat judges release heartened black criminals because they are more concerned to be fair to the criminal then to be fair to the society in which the criminal performs his criminal deeds. This leniency toward black criminals ranges over a wide variety of criminal acts. For example, the Democrats in San Francisco passed a law that it was not a criminal act for a black to steal up to $950 in merchandise per day per store. Theft was no longer a criminal act. It was reduced to a misdemeanor. The same reduction in punishment, if there is punishment, is seen all the way up the scale of crimes even to the act of murder. Immigrant invaders are another group that Democrats favor for legal privileges. Democrats endeavor to provide immigrant invaders with the rights of citizenship, even though they entered the country illegally. Indeed, Democrat mayors, city councils, and governors attempt to prevent deportation of illegal aliens. Democrats also endow the sexually perverse with special legal privileges. For example, Democrats have imposed on females the right of biological men to have access to women’s private places such as toilets and showers if the male claims that he is a woman. A false claim takes precedence over biological fact and female privacy. Democrats also impose biological males on female sports teams. It is obvious that in America there is no longer a uniform standard of justice. Punishment varies according to the diverse legal privileges based on race, claimed gender, sexual preference, and citizenship or lack thereof. Instead of the legal profession objecting to the destruction of equality under the law, diverse punishments based on diverse categories of people are becoming institutionalized in criminal justice.

The trial of Daniel Penny in New York’s corrupt criminal justice system suggests that Democrat prosecutors associate guilt with whiteness and male toxicity. Penny a white former US marine restrained Jordan Neely, a black man who was threatening passengers on a New York subway. Neely died while struggling against restraint. The New York prosecutors, Dafna Yoran and Jillian Shartrand, accused Penny of killing Jordan Neely by strangulation.

There was no evidence of strangulation. The prosecutors’ medical witness produced the strangulation verdict prior to drug testing being conducted. She became flustered on cross examination and said that, even if Jordan Neely had sufficient fentanyl in his system to kill an elephant, she would have found that he was strangled. The strangulation charge was later refuted by competent medical autopsy.

Let’s ask ourselves a question: Why was this case brought? Clearly Penny was acting as a good Samaritan, putting his own life in danger by confronting a deranged person of his own size and weight. Penny did not know Jordan Neely and had no reason to kill him. When prosecutors gratuitously charge a good Samaritan acting to protect the public, they discourage intervention when the public is endangered. Although the jury cleared Penny of the prosecutors’ false charges, the message sent to potential good Samaritans is to avoid involvement, particularly if you are white and the source of the trouble or danger is a black. This message has been taught all over Europe and is the reason why European men do not intervene when white European women are raped by black immigrant-invaders.

The two Democrat prosecutors thought that they had another George Floyd-Derek Chauvin case. Another black man choked by another toxic white male. Conviction would bring them kudos from the radicals growing in power in the Democrat Party. Perhaps one day they would be sitting on the US Supreme Court and transforming society.

In a series of articles, I have shown that George Floyd died from an overdose of fentanyl and not from strangulation. This was known at the time of the trial, but the evidence was withheld  from the jury and the media suppressed it. The Democrats needed a white cop villain to justify their inaction while blacks and left-wing Democrats looted and burned business sectors in Democrats cities. For Democrats justice now serves ideology and political causes. This is being institutionalized in the American justice system, and it signifies the death of Justice in America.

I will mention some of the difficulties in the way of a successful negotiation. In the United States, the conflict is valuable to the military security complex because it produces profits. Neither the military security complex nor the American neoconservatives want to lose their Russian enemy, the neoconservatives foreign policy doctrine is one of American hegemony and it was in pursuit of this goal that the United States initiated the conflict in Ukraine. In Europe, the European union is under pressure and is fracturing. The Russian threat serves to unify Europe against a common threat. Therefore, from the stand point of the advocates of the European Union, the conflict in Ukraine serves to convince the European public to stay United within the European Union in order to be able to confront Russia. Within Russia, the Russian nationalist are opposed to any concessions by Putin that would sacrifice what president Putin has declared to be the conditions for a settlement. The settlement that Putin intends goes beyond ending the conflict. Putin wants a settlement that amounts to a mutual security agreement between the West and Russia, which would make unnecessary the presence of NATO on Russia’s borders. The Russian nationalists will insist on these conditions. The Russian liberals who are interested in again being incorporated into the western system, are willing for Putin to make concessions in order that they can renew their western relationships. Perhaps these conflicting interests are the reason the negotiations are now confined to Putin and Trump.

Previously, I made the point that a successful agreement would have to be worked out between Putin and Trump and imposed on the other parties. It seems that this is the only way an agreement can be reached.

AI is Destroying the University and Learning Itself

University faculties are facing massive jobs loss from artificial intelligence. The long article in the URL above explores, many of the aspects of what appears to be the end of critical thinking and the end of an educated person. With AI available to answer all questions education is no longer needed to be able to function in the world, but as AI destroys jobs, the means for people to live in the world is lost. Possibly the situation can be saved by the socialization of all productive resources, and a guaranteed income is distributed to every member of the population. 

But the serious question remains. Who controls the data base that AI searches for answers? Whoever controls the database controls what will be perceived as the truth. AI presents itself as the basis for a dictatorial social and political system.

The employment problem that AI brings to universities will impact every other aspect of work and professional life. In effect AI eliminates human purpose. What is the point of a technology that eliminates human purpose? How does imagination flourish? How does creativity flourish? AI is the road back to barbarism.

How did Democrats create 42 million Americans who have to live off of the incomes of 170 million members of the US work force?

Netanyahu is using war to escape accountability. If the charges against him are politically motivated and false, a trial would discredit his accusers and not Netanyahu. It seems to me that the Israeli Prime Minister is not convinced that he would be found innocent of the charges. In the past politicians have used wars and other crises in order to avoid being held accountable for misdeeds. The question is whether the Israeli people will object to war as an excuse to drop indictments against Netanyahu.

John Helmer provides reporting I have not seen elsewhere about difficulties to Russia’s relations with China and India caused by difficulties in arriving at a Ukrainian solution.

It is possible perhaps that Putin’s never-ending ever-widening war will result in a breakup of BRICS, especially if an agreement is reached that reincorporates Russia in the West.  Such an agreement would be a victory for the pro-Western Russian liberals.

I do not understand why or how Secretary Rubio thinks Russia controls less of Ukraine today than four years ago.

I also don’t understand why India and China would let differences between them become more important than a common front with Russia against Washington.

Europe’s lack of corporation with Trump and Putin could be explained by Europe’s need of the Russian enemy to hold the EU together.  The need for the Russian enemy perhaps explains why Europe cooperates with US sanctions even though the sanctions hurt Europe.

It might be the case that the self interests of the parties involved will take precedence over peace.
